Kindergarten Graduation will be on Monday, May 21st at 10:00am in the cafeteria. Kindergarten teachers will send home more info. Although this is a "graduation," students are still expected to attend school the remainder of the year.  Students should arrive to school on time in order to get ready. Please plan for your child to stay the remainder of the day on May 21st. We respectfully ask that all attendees sit in the metal folding chairs provided so that everyone can see. No standing around the perimeter of the cafeteria or coming to the front during the ceremony.  Remember, students cannot have balloons or flowers at school. Thank you!


PAC is excited to again be hosting Muffins with Mom. Save the date for May 10th & 11th.  Muffins with Mom will begin at 8am. Students are not to ride the bus to school as the event ends before our buses arrive. Please RSVP on the form that will be coming home with your child soon. This is a student-favorite event – we hope to see many mom's there!


If your child will NOT be returning to MME next year please notify the office as soon as possible. We will begin making class lists and this info will be very helpful in doing so. Also, if you know where your student is transferring to please tell us so we can be prepared to send their records when needed. Thank you for your help!

If you, or anyone you know, as a child coming to kindergarten next year please notify us as soon as possible if you haven't already. Kindergarten roundup has already taken place but we are still enrolling students. Please email Mrs. Kochert at or call the office for further information. 


Incoming kindergarten students who have pre-registered online and current Mayflower Mill Students may officially register for the 2018-2019 school year beginning July 17th.  You will use your sign on that you currently use for the parent portal. Students who will be new to Mayflower Mill next year will need to come to the school during open registration on August 2nd and 3rd. School will begin Tuesday, August 14, 2018. When you register your child online, you will be able to view his/her teacher's name. However, the assignment is tentative and could change prior to the first day of school.


Open registration will be Thursday, August 2nd from Noon-7pm & Friday, August 3rd from 8am-1pm at Mayflower Mill. Please come to the school to complete the registration if you do not have internet access at home. If you have internet access, the registration can be completed through your parent portal account at home. If you need your login information please contact the school.

  • Please do not send your child to school if they have had a temperature over 100,   vomiting, or diarrhea in the last 24 hours. If a student is sent home from school for fever, vomiting or diarrhea they will be out the following day as well.
  • Students CANNOT bring medicine to school.  All medicines & inhalers have to be brought to school BY THE PARENT. Cough drops CANNOT be sent to school either.
  • If your student has borrowed clothes from the nurse please wash & return them ASAP.   
  • Any medications that parents have brought to school for students must be picked up by the last day of school. They must be picked up by a parent or the parent must notify us in writing of what adult they give permission to pick up the meds. Any meds that are left here at the end of the last day of school will be disposed of as we do not keep medications here over the summer.


Your help in encouraging students to return library materials in a timely manner is greatly appreciated. Therefore, please note the following dates: May 11th - LAST DAY FOR STUDENTS TO CHECK OUT BOOKS and May 18th - ALL BOOKS DUE.

Please do not forget to sign up for text alerts and notifications so you can be notified of a delay or cancellation. TSC recently sent a test alert to parents. If you are correctly signed up then you would have received this alert. If you believe you signed up and did not receive the test alert on October 24th please login to check your settings. 

Parents/guardians must have an active PowerSchool Parent Portal account with a valid email address in order to sign in to the website. To sign in for the first time, parents/guardians will click the "Forgot Username or Password" option on the website login page, then enter the email address that is associated with their PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Parents/guardians will then be able to reset the password for their website account, then add a cell phone number and register for SMS (text) alerts.

TSC students and staff will sign in to the website with their TSC username and password. Step by Step directions can be found on the TSC website. Please contact the TSC Technology Department with any questions regarding this process by email or by phone at 765-269-8060.


Changes in in your child's dismissal plans can be very confusing for the child. We will not make a change to a child's dismissal plans unless we are notified by the parent. In order to keep dismissal running smoothly, we ask that you send a note with your child in the morning. If an emergency change needs to be made it must be done by 3pm. We deliver notes to each classroom with transportation changes at 3pm each day so changes must take place prior to then. Thank you for your help!
