TSC Employability Skills Standards & Wellness and Learning Supports Survey Information

The week of October 16th and mid March TBA, TSC will be deploying the TSC Employability Skills Standard & Wellness Survey and Learning Supports Survey to our students 3rd grade-12th grade. The survey is in accordance with the IDOE Employability Skills Standards. Schools will utilize this data along with academics, attendance, and office referrals to assist and support our students. Monthly school teams will review the data above to support our students. The survey questions are included below for your viewing. These are the exact questions that will be asked. There are two parts to the survey for 3-5 and 6-12. Employability Skills Standards & Wellness and Learning Supports. The survey takes less than 20-30 minutes to take.
